Update: Opening February 1st. The Marietta Salata will complement shopping and dining destinations in Providence Square located at 4101 Roswell Rd., Suite 1100. Guests will be able to take advantage of the 3000-square-feet of dining space including 63 indoor seats and an outdoor patio.
Salata, the “next generation salad bar” is opening what appears to be its first OTP locating in East Cobb. Tomorrow’s News Today reports that the fast casual, healthy eatery from Houston will open in the Providence Shopping Center on Roswell Road in a space that was previously occupied by Uncle Maddio’s.
At Salata, we believe that if you eat good, you’ll look good, and you’ll feel good. We are committed to helping our customers eat healthy.
Their menu includes over 50 different toppings for your own personally created salad, 10 different house made dressings and a variety of lean proteins. And their signature organic teas and lemonades will sway even the most die hard Diet Coke drinkers.
