A Dairy Queen has been approved in Holly Springs for Sixes Road and Holly Spring Parkway. The 
Cherokee Tribune reported that the city has approved the building of the new fast food chain 5-0. Owner Frank Weir is a third generation restaurateur who owns 12 Zaxby’s, including the one located across the street from the anticipated Dairy Queen coming near Home Depot.
Weir stated that he is excited to continue doing business in Cherokee County, and that people can expect the new Dairy Queen to be open by the end of the year at 4516 Holly Springs Parkway.
