Ladies, you must lift heavy to see a change!  Muscle is what shapes your body. Fat covers it all up.  The more muscle you have, the more calories you will burn at rest. How much does your purse weigh? Are you seeing a difference lifting that every day?  Choose a weight that you can lift for 8-12 repetitions, but the last 2-3  should be difficult enough that you make the ugly face!  If you’re still talking, smiling, and look cute…go heavier. Nothing worth having comes easy!
