The popular food truck, Happy Belly Curbside Kitchen, is opening a brick & mortar store in the Vickery Village Shops of Cumming this summer.
According to their Facebook page:
We are so excited to announce that Happy Belly will be opening its 1st brick and mortar location this summer in Cumming, Georgia! We will be offering our fresh, natural, seasonal menu sourced from local farms direct from Vickery Village. Our atmosphere will be a comfortable farmhouse feel offering quick service for all the busy people out there – with craft beer and wine to boot.
This food truck has been named one of the 10 healthiest food trucks in America. Take a look at their menu that includes many Gluten free options too. So many people have told me how much they love their brussels sprouts, I have had it on my personal bucket list forever to try!
If you happen to see their food truck before you get to their store, the are the only Food Truck in the world with a Big Green Egg inside their truck. They cook all their meals on Maple Hardwood Charcoal for perfect smoke flavor.
Our food guru, Joe Duffy, knew they were something special. Even though this list is a few years old, Happy Belly was ranked as his #1 food truck.
