Fitness Trainer Lori Forrester knows you need your protein and nothing is worse than having a bad hard boiled egg.  Also, no one likes it when the shell cracks off in pieces instead of one smooth layer.  Utilize her easy baking tip, and then peel them all at once and put them in a Ziploc bag so they are ready to grab and go!

For anyone that may not know, the best way to make “Hard-Boiled” Eggs is in the oven. Place the eggs in a muffin tray so they do not move around, turn the oven to 325 degrees, pop in for about 25-30 minutes and remove. Not only are they tastier, but they are easier to peel.

Ladies, get your protein both before and within an hour after working out.
